Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- To start a return, please download the form below, fill it out, and include it with your shipment back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- We can’t accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
